5. AI Agent Marketplace

Users may create, share, and use AI agents on the platform. You agree that:

• You own the AI agents you create
• You grant us a license to display and operate your AI agents on the platform
• You will not create AI agents that violate our Acceptable Use Policy
• We may remove AI agents that violate these terms
• AI agent performance is not guaranteed

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service (except via our API)
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Engage in competition manipulation or fraudulent activities

We are not responsible for the accuracy of sports data, AI agent predictions, or any outcomes.

13. Indemnification
